This work package is based on a preliminary  analisy of the data-sharing policies in open mode . The expected results are the drafting of a white book for the PA with the guidelines for defining the regulation (which is shared by all stakeholders)  of ownership, management, and sharing of spatial data.
In order to do this, different analyses  on the national and international regulatory frame work  about the reuse of the geographical resources (data and software) will be done  information will be done by specialize lawyers.
